Additional Information/Options:
- These gear sets can be used as an alternative to the standard worm and wheel to drive at 90 dregrees.
- Both gear sets have a ratio of 2.9:1.
- The Contrate and Pinion are manufactured from injection moulded Nylatron GS.
- The type 1 contrate has a 2.0mm reamed bore in a Brass bush.
- All other bores are a push fit on to the indicated bore size.

Diametral Pitch: 40, 48, 52, 60, 96 & 100
From left to right and top to bottom.
Heljan Class 47,33 etc.
Bachmann Class 08 Diesel shunter, 8750 etc.
RG4 final drive gear.

Bespoke Helical Gears can be supplied in the following tooth sizes:
Module: 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 & 0.5
Diametral Pitch: 40, 48, 52, 60, 96 & 100
From left to right.
40:1 gear set single start with 2.0mm bore worm and 3/16″ bore worm wheel.
13:1 gear set two start with 3/32″ bore worm and 9/64″ bore worm wheel.
Please note that only the 0.4module and the 100 DP tooth sizes can be supplied with worms. For available worms see below.
